Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Save even more on our already heavily discounted range! Since our prices are already less than cost price to the shops we buy from and our mark up is very low we have the following criteria for Wholesale orders which allow customers/ businesses that order over a set limit to receive further discounts. We are primarily a retail site but 30% of our business is Wholesale.

We only stock brand new clothes and only stock designer labels on this website. We do sell some Gap and Monsoon too due to customer demand. Check out our brands page for information of where in the World our labels come from.

We consider ALL wholesale orders and all orders for wholesale job lots to be business to business transactions. Please be aware of this. We sell these job lots in order to improve our cash flow and clear excess stock only and would prefer to be paid by bank transfer or cheque in order to save costs. Most items are sold to you at cost price or less to us. You have to abide by these terms to make it fair on our retail customers.

If you wish to select goods yourself:

If you order over £500 worth of goods please let us know what you wish to order and we will let you know the wholesale price for each item. Your order must total £500 or more net (ie at wholesale prices). The more you want, the better the discounts will be. You can then decide which items you wish to order based on the prices given to you. Mainland UK postage is FREE for orders over £800. Smaller orders will be £15 per box (£10 max for smaller orders). No returns on anything unless faulty (and not listed as such)

Payment by bank transfer or nochex or debit card. We do not accept credit card or paypal payments for wholesale orders due to the high charges incurred

Orders over £1000 will receive many freebie items as well!

Discount vouchers/money off vouchers and not valid against wholesale or job lot orders (but can of course be used against full priced stock purchased at the same time as a wholesale order)

No returns on any wholesale orders.. You may exchange faulty goods. Please check orders on receipt. We will consider all orders ro be accepted 48 hours after receipt.If you wish to return items then please order as normal as a retail customer and you will not be bound by our Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Payment for UK orders by debit card, Nochex or cheque please

Milliemoos and Amalaika stock may be combined

Non UK orders receive a shipping discount of £10 for orders over £800

We also have wholesale job lots listed available as trade to trade transactions. These lots are ideal if you are not too fussy about what you receive and also if you want to spend only a small amount. These are items that we select ourselves and are at cost price or far less in most cases. They dont usually include makes such as Oilily, Catimini, Bunny London, DKNY etc. Makes will include Ducky Beau, Bo Dean, Portofino, Cakewalk, 2 Pommes, Alphabet and hundreds of others.

For resale you will be able to sell at a profit when taking the average RRP of the whole consignment. We just have to clear some makes to make room for new stock. If you would like other makes or more specific sizes then please contact us as we can adjust the number of items/size etc to suit at a mutually agreed price. This is not intended as a means for us to clear inferior labels or quality goods and we are sure that you will be pleased with the items we select. Of course some items will be better than others but taken as a whole you should love our wholesale lots and come back for more! As with all wholesale lots there will always be items that you dont like but if you reorder from us you can of course let us know which items we sent that you don't like and which you do so we can try and build up a picture of what you like to receive and stick to this as much as possible with all future orders

We prefer bank transfer or cheque for payment since we do not make money on these orders

Once an order has been sorted and packed no cancellation is allowed unless a 10% sorting fee is paid

Payment for wholesale orders must be made before orders are sorted or debit card details deposited with us so we may charge your card with the appropriate amount when the order is ready to send. Placement of card details with us indicates that you intend to pay and that we may charge your card. Payment may also be made by Paypal or Nochex or cheque or bank transfer but full payment is required before an order is sorted in these instances.
